Discrimination has no place in health care. While Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act provides important protections against discrimination in health care programs and activities, the Biden Administration is currently considering changes that would strengthen these protections.
We need laws to ensure that LGBTQ individuals can access the care they need at any age.
